Comfort Zone Window Tinting is a 3M authorized dealer/applicator based in the Village of Fontana in Southeastern WI near the Illinois border. It is owned and operated by James Burke and James Kirchschlager who are both long term residents of the Geneva Lakes area.
Upon completing our 3M Dealer training and orientation we opened our doors in July of 2005 with a film cutter, a couple of ladders, some tools, and a small inventory of popular films.
Utilizing a network of friends and relations in the Building, Glass, Interior Design, and Property Management businesses, as well as, aligning ourselves with Trade Organizations such as IWFA, Lakeland Builders, BOMA, PFMA, BBB and Energy Star we have been able to grow our sales substantially each year.
We choose to carry only 3M films, not only because they invented the technology in 1966, but because they continue to set the industry standard for customer satisfaction, warranty protection, and new product innovation. We have chosen also to specialize in Residential and Commercial projects, as we discovered carrying the automotive line was spreading us too thin.
Today we have employees, an inventory of most films that 3M carries, and equipment to handle most any job scope. Although we have grown over the years, we still adhere to our original values. Your project will always be bid by an owner, and an owner will always be on site during installation to insure quality control and professional conduct. We provide services to Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, including the greater Metropolitan areas of Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison.
In addition to carrying 3M sun control films, Comfort Zone also carries a large selection of additional specialty films. 3M Scotchcal blockout privacy films, 3M Ultra safety and security films, 3M Anti-Grafitti films, as well as, a large selection of Fasara transluscent decorative films in both solid and patterned finishes for glass enhancement.
